Thank you for giving Humpal Chiropractic the opportunity to support your organization, event, or initiative. We are deeply committed to investing in the health, wellness, and longevity of the communities we serve.
To help us process your request efficiently, please review our donation guidelines below before submitting your application:
Geographic Focus: Funding and sponsorships are primarily focused on communities surrounding our clinic location in North Liberty, Iowa.
Exclusions: We are unable to provide funding for political activism, religious recruitment, or individual travel expenses.
Timeline: Applications must be submitted at least 60 days prior to your event date, media deadline, or response deadline. Requests requiring higher funding amounts may take up to 90 days for review and executive approval.
Eligibility: Applicants should ideally be a registered non-profit, community group, or school organization in good standing.
